The Gap Between Belief and Surrender
There is a particular kind of restlessness that only believing women feel. You love God. You pray. You show up. And still, underneath it all, something quiet keeps whispering that there is more.
The gap is not a failure
It would be easy to read that restlessness as a sign that your faith is thin. It usually is not. More often it is a sign that your faith is alive, that God is drawing you further in, that the relationship you have is real enough to want more of.
The gap between believing in God and fully surrendering to Him is not a verdict on your character. It is an invitation to keep walking.
One more step
Surrender is rarely a single dramatic moment. It is a series of small yeses, one honest prayer, one area of your life handed over, one more step toward Him. You don't have to close the whole gap today. You just have to take the next step.
And the beautiful thing about it is this: the God you are walking toward has been walking toward you the entire time.
